Power Parameters Pty Ltd was incorporated in 2003 following a management buy-out ofNilsen technologies.However, the company timeline goes back to its initial founding as H. Rowe & Co in 1916 and demonstrates a strong legacy in Australian industry.
Since 2003 the company has undergone significant renewal as evidenced by the evolution of agent appointments and key milestones in power measurement technology, and its acquisition in 2014 by Mayfield Group Holdings.
